Terms and conditions of the Guest House “Hanka”

Please read terms and conditions of the Guest House "Hanka" before check-in. Check-in is from 15:00pm to. 19:00pm. Check-out takes place by 9:30am. If necessary, please contact us directly for possible adjusting the time to the needs of guests, when such a possibility occurs.

  1. The payment of dues takes place at the time of check-in, unless the reservation occurred through the internet portal e. i. booking.
  2. The advance must be paid on provided account number in the amount of 50% due for stay, the next working day after receiving it. Transfer confirmation delivered by e-mail or MMS message.
  3. Rooms can accommodate the maximum number of people and only as many places as have been booked.
  4. It is excluded in the facility to stay with animals under the threat of not checking in without reimbursement of costs for remaining room days for use.
  5. Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility. Smoking is allowed ONLY on the balcony / terrace or outside the building.
  6. It is excluded to remove furniture in the room.
  7. All damages caused during the stay are covered by persons for them responsible at check-out.
  8. Night silence is valid between 22:00pm and 8:00am
  9. It is excluded to invite guests from the outside to the premises.
  10. It is excluded to organize loud events throughout the facility.
  11. Minors should remain under the supervision of their guardians throughout the time. The owner is not responsible for their failure to watch. Their guardians are responsible for any damage caused by them.
  12. If you lose the keys to the room, the fee is 300 PLN (new insert and its exchange)
